Psychotherapy services are based on hourly fee rates. Sliding scale fees may be available.

Sophia Duffy accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO insurance and out-of-network for all other insurance plans.  

Yael Hoffman accepts self-pay and out-of-network for all insurance plans. Yael anticipates accepting Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO insurance in the near future.

Please consult with your insurance provider regarding your in- and out-of-network coverage. 

For out-of-network patients, typically insurance companies allow for reimbursement of a specific portion of the cost of psychotherapy. Needed documentation can be provided for reimbursement submission. Please consult your insurance provider to determine your coverage and reimbursement eligibility.
